Round GRP Tank Systems with Concrete Base

Our round tanks with GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) side walls, specially designed for concrete-based infrastructures, are an ideal solution for high-capacity and long-lasting aquaculture applications. These systems provide both an economical and durable production environment.

Structure and Installation

In this tank model:

Only the side walls are made of GRP material.

The tank is installed on a concrete platform prepared by the customer.

After installation, concrete is poured inside (and optionally outside) the tank for stabilization.

In the final stage, all inner joints and transitions are sealed with GRP material to ensure complete water tightness.

Leak-Proof Guarantee: The contact surfaces between concrete and GRP are specially coated to ensure 100% sealing.

Modular Installation: GRP side walls are pre-manufactured in the factory and quickly assembled on site.

In case the tank/pool supply is provided to you in a disassembled (modular) form, we offer two alternatives:

1st Option:

Tank panels and installation equipment are delivered, and the installation is carried out by Fatih Polyester’s expert team at the designated location.

2nd Option:

After the delivery of the tank panels, the installation is performed by the client in accordance with the instructions provided by Fatih Polyester.
