The general design of Algae tanks aims to occupy less space, like rectangular tanks, while ensuring water circulation with minimal energy, like circular tanks. Fiberglass algae tanks are coated with a food-safe gelcoat on the inside and can be produced in desired sizes. The design of microalgae tanks is critical for commercial-scale production. Oxygen, CO2, and light diffusion are vital for algae production and are directly influenced by tank design. To prevent algae collapse and maintain optimal production conditions and hydrodynamic balance, water must be continuously circulated. Therefore, algae cultivation tanks are equipped with water circulation systems. We use standard molds for small-sized algae tanks and disassembled molds for larger tanks. The pool bottom at the project site can be covered with concrete or membrane. Algae tanks are generally designed with a height of 40 to 70 cm. In algae production, LED lighting can be used in closed and insulated areas.

In case the tank/pool supply is provided to you in a disassembled (modular) form, we offer two alternatives:
1st Option:
Tank panels and installation equipment are delivered, and the installation is carried out by Fatih Polyester’s expert team at the designated location.
2nd Option:
After the delivery of the tank panels, the installation is performed by the client in accordance with the instructions provided by Fatih Polyester.
