Our round GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) tanks are specifically designed for Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) commonly used in the aquaculture industry. With their durable structure, hygienic surfaces, and long-lasting performance, they offer an ideal solution for facilities focused on sustainable and efficient production.
Interior Surface Suitable for Aquatic Life
The inner and outer surfaces of the tanks are coated with a special gelcoat that is safe for aquatic life. Thanks to this coating:
The interior surfaces become glossy, smooth, and easy to clean.
Anti-bacterial properties can be added upon request.
The surface maintains chemical and biological resistance even after long-term use.
Durable and Modular Support Structure
Depending on load capacity and customer requirements, the support legs of the tanks can be produced in the following ways:
Either integrated into the tank body or delivered as separate components.
Support legs are made from galvanized steel or fiberglass material.
Leg heights can be customized according to project needs.
For enhanced durability, galvanized steel or plastic pipe reinforcements can be installed around the tank. These reinforcement profiles are coated with polyester and gelcoat, creating a fully integrated and long-lasting structure.

In case the tank/pool supply is provided to you in a disassembled (modular) form, we offer two alternatives:
1st Option:
Tank panels and installation equipment are delivered, and the installation is carried out by Fatih Polyester’s expert team at the designated location.
2nd Option:
After the delivery of the tank panels, the installation is performed by the client in accordance with the instructions provided by Fatih Polyester.
